Pisces Productions guarantees our New Wave II and Pacifica Massage tables for a full 5 years.   The tubular frame of the tablehas a lifetimeguarantee for the original owner.  The Dolphin II Massage Chair is guaranteed for 5 years.   These guarantees are for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.   This is limited to repair or replacement of the item.   The warranty/guarentee does not include damage resulting from improper setup, misuse or neglect. 

If you are not totally satisfied with your Pisces Productions product, you may return it for a full refund, including freight, within the continental US and Canada.  The item must be returned within 15 days in the original or equivalent packaging, and in new, undamaged condition.  All returns must have prior authorization.  This policy does not apply to special order items.
